security: sync both security policy files
What changed, and why it matters
This commit only updates two security policy documents so they match each other. It reorders one contact entry, adds four missing team members to the second file, and fixes a small grammar note ('addresses' to 'address'). There are no code changes and no security vulnerability is being fixed.
No security action required; treat as routine documentation maintenance.
Security signals we found
No strong security signals were identified.
Evidence from the diff
The diff is a documentation-only synchronization between SECURITY.md and doc/contribute-to-core-lightning/security-policy.md. Changes include moving the ‘Blockstream CLN Release’ row to the end of the key list in SECURITY.md, adding four previously absent signer rows (Sangbida Chaudhuri, Lagrang3, daywalker90, Níckolas Goline) to the contributor security policy, changing ‘These email addresses’ to ‘This email address’, and removing trailing whitespace. No source code, build scripts, or cryptographic logic are modified.
