chore(translations): sync additional Crowdin translations

What changed, and why it matters
This commit only updates translated text strings in Czech, German, Spanish, French, and Portuguese translation files, plus the corresponding translation signature metadata. There are no code changes, no security fixes, and no behavior changes. It is a routine localization sync.

Evidence from the diff
The diff consists entirely of JSON translation file updates: filling in previously empty localized strings, expanding abbreviated button labels (e.g., ‘Obn. peněženku’ → ‘Obnovit peněženku’), and normalizing per-theme variants into a single string for some keys. The signatures.json file is updated with a new merkle_root, datetime, and commit reference to match the new translation bundle. No executable code, cryptographic logic, or security controls are modified.
