fix(ui): do not expand unless space for content is required
What changed, and why it matters
This commit is a minor user-interface layout fix. It changes a dialog box so it only expands vertically when its content actually needs the extra space, rather than always stretching to fill available screen height. There is no indication this relates to security.

The patch changes two Flutter widget properties in a desktop wallet dialog: Column.mainAxisSize from MainAxisSize.max to MainAxisSize.min, and replaces an Expanded wrapper around SingleChildScrollView with Flexible. This prevents the dialog from occupying more vertical space than its content requires. No security-relevant code paths are touched.
