doc: fix references to manpages that don't exist
What changed, and why it matters
This commit only fixes broken documentation links. It corrects the names of referenced manual pages in JSON schema files so that generated documentation points to pages that actually exist. There are no code, configuration, or behavior changes, and no security implications.
No security action required. Treat as a normal documentation fix.
Security signals we found
No strong security signals were identified.
Evidence from the diff
The commit updates doc/schema JSON files and contrib/msggen/msggen/schema.json to replace references to non-existent manpages with the correct names (e.g., lightningd-fetchinvoice -> lightning-fetchinvoice, lightning-listsentpays -> lightning-listsendpays, lightning-bkpr-listfunds -> lightning-bkpr-listbalances). These are purely documentation metadata changes; no executable logic, API behavior, or wire protocol is affected.
