make spark names visible again without going into "more"
What changed, and why it matters
This commit is a minor user-interface tweak. It moves the 'Names' button for Spark wallets out of a hidden 'more' menu and into the main visible navigation bar. There is no security change.
No security action needed. Treat as routine UI/UX change.
