What changed, and why it matters
This commit simply turns off automated desktop builds for Linux and Windows in the project's release pipeline. It does not change any wallet code, fix a bug, or introduce a security feature. The Android build remains active, and the release job no longer waits for the disabled desktop jobs.
No security action required. Treat as a normal build-configuration change. If desktop builds are intended to resume, track the work in a follow-up issue or revert this commit.
Security signals we found
No strong security signals were identified.
Evidence from the diff
The patch adds if: false to the build-linux-x86_64 and build-windows GitHub Actions jobs and removes those jobs from the release job’s needs list. This is a CI/CD configuration change that disables desktop artifact generation. No application source code, dependencies, secrets, or permissions are modified.
