Update CHANGELOG.md after v0.2 release
What changed, and why it matters
This commit only updates the project's CHANGELOG.md file. It adds the release date for version 0.2, adds a note that Bitcoin Knots blocks certain transactions by default, clarifies documentation about a socket method's behavior, adds release statistics and contributor names, and adds a new section for version 0.1.8 bug fixes. No actual code was changed.
No security action needed. Treat as routine release-note maintenance.
Security signals we found
No strong security signals were identified.
Evidence from the diff
The diff is limited to CHANGELOG.md. It documents previously-merged changes such as 0FC channel compatibility, SocketDescriptor::send_data semantic changes, OnionV3 parsing, and bug fixes for MPP payment hangs and Duration deserialization panics. Because this is purely documentation/release-notes, it introduces no runtime behavior changes, no new attack surface, and no security-relevant code modifications.
