What changed, and why it matters
This commit is a routine maintenance update. It refreshes generated text files that list the public application programming interface (API) of two Rust library crates after some internal type moves. No program logic, bug fixes, or security-sensitive code changes are present in the diff.
No security action needed. Treat as normal repository housekeeping. If reviewing the broader PR, verify the actual source-code move of the pow types separately, but this commit itself does not change behavior.

The commit updates the checked-in api/*.txt files for primitives and units. These files are produced by cargo public-api or a similar tool and record the public API surface so that accidental changes can be detected in CI. The additions reflect the relocation of proof-of-work types (Target, Work, ParseTargetError, ParseWorkError) into bitcoin_units::pow and their re-export from bitcoin_primitives. The diff is purely additive metadata in API snapshot files; no source code, tests, or documentation outside these snapshots were modified.
