src: update checkpoints to match v0.18.4.6
What changed, and why it matters
This commit is a routine maintenance update that adds a new blockchain checkpoint and updates version references in documentation. Checkpoints are like agreed-upon 'milestones' in the blockchain that help nodes sync faster and resist certain attacks. There is no indication of a security fix or vulnerability in this change.
No security action required. Treat as a normal version/checkpoint synchronization update.
Security signals we found
No strong security signals were identified.
Evidence from the diff
The commit updates Monero’s hardcoded checkpoints to match release v0.18.4.6. It adds checkpoint 3609000 in checkpoints.cpp, updates the compiled-in block hashes hash in blockchain.cpp, refreshes the binary checkpoints.dat file, and updates the recommended minimum version in README.md from v0.18.4.5 to v0.18.4.6. These are standard operational updates for a blockchain client, not a security patch.
