cryptonote_basic: remove unused function
What changed, and why it matters
This commit simply deletes a helper function called power_integral that was not being used anywhere in the code. It is a routine cleanup with no visible security effect.
No security action needed; treat as normal code hygiene.
Security signals we found
No strong security signals were identified.
Evidence from the diff
The patch removes the unused static-ish helper uint64_t power_integral(uint64_t a, uint64_t b) from src/cryptonote_basic/cryptonote_format_utils.cpp. The function computed integer exponentiation but had no callers in the visible diff and is described by the commit message as unused. No logic changes, no bug fixes, and no security-sensitive behavior is altered.
