The short version

What changed, and why it matters

This commit only changes the project's continuous integration (CI) configuration. It adds the new 'silentpayments' module to the list of optional modules that are built and tested automatically. There are no changes to the actual cryptographic code, so this commit does not introduce or fix any security vulnerability by itself.

Evidence from the diff

The diff modifies .github/workflows/ci.yml and ci/ci.sh to add SILENTPAYMENTS as an environment variable and to pass –enable-module-silentpayments to the configure script in various CI job matrices. This is purely a build/test infrastructure change enabling CI coverage for the silentpayments experimental module. No source code of the library is changed.
