docs refactor parts add info about PPI (#775)
What changed, and why it matters
This commit only updates a documentation table for hardware parts. It adds pixels-per-inch (PPI) values, reformats screen-resolution and camera labels, and replaces asterisks with 'x' in device dimensions. There is no code change and no security relevance.
