fix evm decimals in history
What changed, and why it matters
This commit fixes how many decimal places are shown for EVM (Ethereum-compatible) token amounts in the transaction history screen. Previously, the app likely showed the wrong number of decimals, making token amounts appear much larger or smaller than they actually are. This is a user-interface bug, not a way to steal funds or attack the wallet.
Treat as a routine bug fix. No security response is required. Verify that 8 fractional digits is correct for all EVM tokens the wallet supports, since some tokens use 6 or other decimals, and a hardcoded value may still be inaccurate for certain assets.
Security signals we found
UI formatting bug with no cryptographic or network impact
Possible user confusion over displayed token amounts
No input validation, serialization, or authorization changes
Evidence from the diff
In transaction_list_item.dart, the formattedAmount getter now calls transaction.amount.toStringWithSymbol(fractionalDigits: 8) instead of toStringWithSymbol() with default parameters. This forces an 8-decimal display for EVM assets in the dashboard history list. The change is purely presentational: it affects how balances are rendered, not how they are parsed, stored, signed, or transmitted.
