What changed, and why it matters
This commit simply turns off an advertisement banner for a Litecoin privacy feature (MWEB) in the app's dashboard. It is a product/marketing change, not a security fix.
No security action needed; treat as a routine UI/promotional change.

The change adds an unconditional return false; at the start of the shouldShowMwebAd computed getter in dashboard_view_model.dart, short-circuiting all logic that would otherwise decide whether to display the MWEB ad. No security-sensitive code, cryptography, network handling, or permissions are modified.
