What changed, and why it matters
This commit fixes how the app groups transactions on the dashboard. Previously, transactions from the last 24 hours were labeled as 'today'; now only transactions from the current calendar day are labeled 'today'. It is a cosmetic UI change with no security relevance.
No security action needed; treat as a normal UI/UX fix.

Evidence from the diff
The change replaces a rolling 24-hour threshold with a calendar-day threshold (DateTime(now.year, now.month, now.day)) for bucketing transactions into the ‘recent/today’ section. It also updates the Flutter ValueKey from ‘last_7_days_section_item_key’ to ‘today_section_item_key’ for the TodayTransactionItem. No security-sensitive code is modified.
