Remove a change and fix padding on transactions page
What changed, and why it matters
This commit makes small visual tweaks to the Cake Wallet app's transaction history and list row screens. It adds a tiny vertical padding around a transaction detail value, slightly reduces the default vertical padding of list items, and removes top/bottom padding from trailing text. There is no security-related change here.

Evidence from the diff
The diff is purely UI/UX layout adjustments in Flutter widgets. transaction_details_modal.dart wraps a trailing widget in Padding(vertical: 4). list_Item_style_wrapper.dart changes default vertical padding from 12 to 11 when no fixed height is set. list_item_regular_row_widget.dart removes top/bottom padding (4.0 each) from trailing text and fixes whitespace formatting. No logic, data handling, cryptography, networking, or permission code is modified.
