What changed, and why it matters
This commit adds a single line to a test file to wait for a web page element to appear before interacting with it. It is a test reliability fix only and does not change any production code, user-facing behavior, or security boundary.
No security action required. Treat as routine test maintenance.

Evidence from the diff
In BTCPayServer.Tests/PMO/EmailRulePMO.cs, the Fill helper now awaits s.Page.Locator(“.note-editable”).WaitForAsync() before proceeding to select options and fill form fields. This is a synchronization fix for a Playwright UI test, addressing a flaky test caused by the rich-text editor not being ready. No production code is modified.
