tests: add green multisig liquid pset test cases

The expected result PSBT is the PSBT signed using the default Green
software signer.

Note that we don't include the transaction hex. The previous commit
ensures we can extract it, but the Green transaction hex returned by gdk
includes dummy signatures/scriptsigs etc for fee estimation purposes.
These won't match the tx extracted from the signed PSBT.

All signed PSBTs have been confirmed to contain the valid user
signature.
