What changed, and why it matters
This commit is purely a code-style cleanup. It adds a space between the macro name LIMITED_WHILE and its opening parenthesis across many fuzz test files, plus a few tiny formatting fixes like removing a redundant semicolon and fixing indentation. No program behavior changes, no security fixes, and no production code is touched.
No action needed; this is a safe formatting-only change.

Evidence from the diff
The diff is a whitespace-only clang-format run on the LIMITED_WHILE macro invocation pattern, changing LIMITED_WHILE(...) to LIMITED_WHILE (...) throughout src/test/fuzz and src/wallet/test/fuzz. Minor ancillary cleanups: crypter.cpp lost a double semicolon, txorphan.cpp had an else-if re-indented, and mini_miner.cpp had a blank line removed. All changes are in test/fuzz harnesses and do not alter runtime semantics.
