refactor: Drop unused includes after iwyu CI bump
Now that the C++ std-lib was bumped in the CI task in the prior commit,
some unused includes can (and must) be dropped.
What changed, and why it matters
This commit simply removes two unused C++ standard library header includes (<compare>) from source files because a code-quality tool (IWYU) now flags them after the CI's standard library version was bumped. There is no functional code change, no bug fix, and no security relevance.
No security action needed. Treat as routine code hygiene / build cleanup.
